The Buying Process

The purchase process is unlike buying a Bricks-and-Mortar home as everything is designed to make things easy and straightforward.  No Stamp Duty, Legal Fees or Conveyancing Fees are required and the purchase can be made by simply signing the Written Statement document.

Additional Costs

 

  • Each homeowner is required to pay a monthly ‘Pitch Fee’ which covers the pitch or plot and all management and upkeep of the Park.
  • Homes for Council Tax are designated Band A being the lowest rated charge
  • Gas, Electric, Water and Broadband are the responsibility of the homeowner.

What's included

All homes are supplied fully furnished throughout including integrated appliances in the kitchen, all furniture throughout and soft furnishings including curtains and blinds.

Homes are carefully sited on generous plots with a block paved driveway adjacent to the home, private garden areas and a storage shed.

Warranty

All brand new high specification homes are built to Residential BS3632 standards and carry a 10 year manufacturer’s warranty.
